Shipping & Checkout Policy

S H I P P I N G
All orders are posted by Australia Post 1-4 business days after order is placed. Once your item has been posted, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation email.

Domestic Australian Shipping
It is estimated that shipping within Australia will take 3-7 working days. Express parcels will take approximately 1-3 days.

International Shipping
International shipping is estimated between 10-25 days depending on your location. This time can vary significantly. Some delays may be induced due to Covid-19. ALL customs duties/charges are at the cost of the buyer. Please inform yourself of your country’s customs charges prior to purchasing. We will not cover any of these costs.

Groove the Collection is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel/item once it has been lodged with Australia Post. 

R E T U R N  – P O L I C Y

We absolutely love all of our items and hope you feel the same! To be eligible for an exchange, your garment must be unworn, clean & sold at regular price for exchange within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Swimwear must contain hygiene stickers that have not been taken off or reattached. We will deny the return of your product in the case that the product is dirty, has been worn or is damaged in any way. We will send products that don’t fill our requirements back to you at your expense.

Refunds will ONLY be accepted in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged. Refunds will not be accepted due to size issues, changes in mind, or sale items. Refunds can only be done within 30 days of purchase.

Please inform yourself of these conditions:

  • All exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • Garments that are marked, worn, laundered or damaged will not be accepted for refund or exchange. 

  • Groove the Collection has the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any product that doesn’t comply with our returns policy. 

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs - including back to Groove the Collection, and back to your address. 

  • Use a trackable service when posting return items & please inform us of your tracking number at groovegirls@outlook.com.

  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

  • All our garments have gone through quality control. We do not accept refunds for colour fading, pulling, stretching & general wear and tear. 

  • Follow care instructions carefully to ensure the longevity of our items.

  • We have no warranty on our products.

  • We DO NOT accept exchanges or refunds for SALE or discounted items. 

We pour our heart & soul into creating all of our items for you. If for any reason you would like to exchange or refund a product, please email us at groovegirls@outlook.com. Please state your name, email, order number and what items you would like to exchange. We will then issue a return address of which you can send the tracked parcel to. We do not cover any return postage costs - including to our office & back to you. Once the return costs have been covered, we will send your exchange back to you within 1-3 days. 

D I S C O U N T S

If a discount code has not been applied at checkout, you will not be refunded for the eligible amount once order has been placed. It is your responsibility to enter discount codes. Please note only one discount code can be applied at checkout.
